Eyeglasses and Eyewear

The WOW Warranty

The WOW Warranty is the practice's eyewear guarantee, covering unlimited replacement. Alongside it sit a 120 day redo guarantee and free cleaning, repairs and adjustments for as long as you wear the frame.

Glasses get sat on, dropped, stood on and occasionally eaten. The practice's own description of the WOW Warranty is that it covers unlimited replacement even if the family dog gets hold of them, which tells you what it is meant to cover.

Alongside it, the 120 day redo guarantee addresses a different problem. Sometimes glasses are made correctly and still are not right, because a prescription that measured well does not feel right in daily use. Within 120 days, they get remade until they are, at no extra cost.

The third piece is ongoing service. Free cleaning, repairs and adjustments for as long as you wear the frame. Frames shift with wear, and a frame that has drifted out of alignment stops delivering the correction it was measured for.
