What to bring

  • Your medical insurance card and your vision insurance card, which are usually different
  • Your current glasses
  • Any eye drops you use regularly
  • A list of your medications
  • Your sunglasses, so their UV protection can be checked
  • Contact lens boxes or packaging if you wear lenses
