Every contact lens purchased here carries a 30 day unlimited warranty. If the lenses do not work, they are replaced. New wearers also receive a starter kit with travel sized solution and a storage case.
Contact lenses are one of the few medical devices sold to people who cannot know in advance whether they will suit them. A lens that fits perfectly at the slit lamp can still be uncomfortable by four o'clock on a working Tuesday, and no amount of chair time predicts that reliably.
The 30 day unlimited warranty exists to remove that risk from the patient. Within the first month, if the lenses are not working, they are replaced. Not argued about, replaced.
New wearers also leave with a starter kit containing travel sized solution and a storage case, so nothing has to be bought on the way home before the lenses can be worn.

What does the warranty actually cover?
Contact lenses purchased through the practice, for 30 days, without a cap on the number of replacements. If they are not right, they get replaced.
What if the problem is the prescription rather than the lens?
Then it gets rechecked and reordered. The point of the guarantee is that you end up with lenses that work.
Is this the same thing as the WOW Warranty?
No. The WOW Warranty covers eyewear. This programme covers contact lenses.
What is in the starter kit?
Travel sized starter solution and a storage case, so a new wearer has everything needed from the first day.
